Jesper is a social transformation expert with 20 years of professional experience, most of which has been spent in Tanzania. He joined RSK Tanzania in 2019, after extensive work in international consulting, with nongovernmental organisations and in academia. Jesper has led consultancy services pertaining to resettlement planning, ESIAs, livelihood restoration, social impact safeguarding, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and monitoring and evaluation.
